I currently accept Regence insurance plans. I will withdraw from Regence’s network in May 2025.
For clients with insurance coverage other than Regence, I offer out-of-network billing. This means you make full payment on the day of the appointment and I give you a document called a superbill to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.
Hour rate is $165.
